Details of Business 

 The Company has two divisions, namely, Engineering Division and Textile Division. The Company, in its Engineering Division has been manufacturing post Spinning Machines namely Two for One twisters and Assembly Winders since 1975. The company subsequently diverted into Textile Spinning from 1993. Under the Machinery category, Two for One Twisting machines and Assembly Winders are manufactured. The machines are marketed in India as well as overseas. Under the Textile Division Cotton Yarn of various counts are manufactured for domestic and overseas markets.
